Scholarships are awarded twice a year from the PIA Education Foundation and the Elsie Reamy Scholarship Fund. Applications are accepted all throughout the year and should be emailed to Sheryl@piavadc.com. The scholarship covers only the registration fee. Recipients are responsible for all other related expenses. Recipients have 12 months to use their scholarship to attend one class sponsored by PIA of VA & DC.
