No agency should be without this important coverage and it can be added to all of our standard E&O policies. Limits up to $1,000,000 with premiums as low as $100. Coverage includes full prior acts, 3rd party, and defense outside the limit. An EPLI application is required in most cases. We also offer the coverage on a standalone form through Great American Insurance Group. Premium is based primarily on the number of employees.
